To be able to enjoy the satay klatak, you have to wait patiently, because almost every night satay klatak stalls were crowded with shoppers. The night of the week and holiday, buyers who want to enjoy satay klatak more than generally.

The shoppers from outside the city such as Solo, Surabaya and Jakarta have accidentally come to Yogyakarta to e the satay klatak.

Although the origin name of satay klatak consists of several versions, but it has a specific goat sate the same, namely meat sliced thick and large, only a seasoned salt, pierced with iron bars of a bicycle, was burned on coals, and are still with iron bars. Satay klatak can only be enjoyed in the Jejeran Market, because it will not exist in other areas.
